Summary

  • Merges the technical investigation detail (previously posted as a follow-up comment) into the issue body template in the create-spike skill
  • Removes the comment-posting step (Step 5) entirely, so spikes produce a single self-contained issue
  • Updates design principles, examples, and command references to reflect the consolidated workflow

The create-spike skill was splitting findings between the issue body and
a follow-up comment. This made spike results harder to read and review.
Merge the technical investigation section into the issue body template
and remove the comment-posting step entirely.
